On occasion when opening Netflix on Sky Glass it opens as a black screen and does not open. Does anyone know why or how to fix this?

This is a common fault thats been occurring for months, happened to me twice today, I had to reboot the puck on both occasions. My understanding is this issue was fixed in the latest QS14 firmware update but it either hasn't been introduced or the fix isn't working 🤔
Seems we shall be waiting for a future update to correct this bug.
