On the screen get your remote and arrow up.up, down, down, left, right, left, right, up, up, up, up...you will then see the  free phone number for Netflix and the service code which is needed. Netflix reset my account now all good. But if I didn't have an old Netflix account cancelled years ago then it may have been different. Be prepared with an email address of someone who has used or has an account as all goes through the registration address.

Not a huge amount of info to go off. While netflix is billed via Sky it's not a Sky app. You will need to speak to netflix support or follow their guidance on their support site: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/24805#:~:text=You%20will%20be%20prompted%20for,the%20latest%20profi....

 

The only other thing from a Sky perspective it could be is a parental pin. You would get this before the netflix app launched. This information may be of some assistance: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/parental-controls-sky-glass

I contacted Sky but they were no use as they could only give me my Sky PIN which is no use to Netflix.

I cannot find a contact UK number for Netflix. As it is a Sky account I do not have an email or other way to open my Netflix accopunt to sort the problem online.

@Widzy  You will have a Netflix account as Sky don;t run netflix, you only pay a sub through Sky

 

Try using your email address you use for Sky and you may need to request a password reset, you will have had to either setup a netflix account prior to signing up to Sky or when you signed up to your netflix sub.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
