Netflix not available yet it is part of my package on skyglass
I have sky glass package and Netflix which is part of the package will not open - says I need to pay for it

@J158 Try working through the steps here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-netflix
If that doesn't work then ringing Sky is your best bet.

I contacted sky about this and they told me to factory reset it
