Netflix crashing sky glass

hey guys, I'm trying to watch something on Netflix. Anytime I launch it - it crashed and switches off the whole telly. Any ideas except re-boot as I've obviously done this.

I am having the same problem, however it doesn't crash my telly. When I first switch on it is fine, however if I change to another on demand program ok sky or a different 3rd party app such as Amazon then when I click Netflix again it just comes up with a blank screen. I've tried refreshing apps but doesn't work. Only thing that does is rebooting the tv, however it is getting tedious.

I'm having the same issue, the only thing I've found that helps is to do full restart by unplugging my tv for 30 seconds.

Forward to august: I am also having the same problem. Netflix will crash sometimes watching a film, or just randomly while searching for a film. TV will switch off or reset it self.

Allso might add, it doesnt happen to any other app just netflix only.Also noticed that the qaulity of films lately has been really bad. Espically if you're watching dark scenes, its very pixelated.

Having similar issues myself where the whole app just locks up and nothing responds. Oddly enough it only happens on the glass but not the puck.
