Not a lot of information to go off. What device is it Glass or Puck? Is this a new install? Has it worked previously? What is your internet speed? Does it meet the minimum requirements for Glass / Stream (25mbps for HD and 30mbps for UHD), is there an error message? Who is your ISP? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
Remember we are fellow subscribers and have no idea what your set up or situation is unless you tell us. If you provide more information the community will do it's best to help.
