Not a lot of information to go off. What device is it Glass or Puck? Is this a new install? Has it worked previously? What is your internet speed? Does it meet the minimum requirements for Glass / Stream (25mbps for HD and 30mbps for UHD), is there an error message? Who is your ISP? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
