Has anyone else had issues with My5 on Sky glass? I can't access any content. Ideas?

Is there an error message?
Try a power cycle, turn off at the socket, wait a min then back on.

No error message. Just spins as if buffering but no content ever loads. Tried resetting the system by switch off and on etc.. but still does the same. 😔

Find out moreFor me I removed all ch5 etc from the playlist and put them back, this sort of worked, I did not have "the gadget show" except for one I had previously, lots of series were then added except for the one I wanted, which I managed to watch via My5 from my TV but could not find it using the stream box.

Find out moreWhat I have noticed this morning is if I'm watching something on my 5 app example (digging up Britain's past) the next available episode is showing up on the main glass continue watching rail is showing the next eposide on sky history and not what I'm actually watching on my 5

I get exactly the same issue. Just shows buffering and nothing else happens.

Mine spins continuously too with nothing coming up. Didn't add a program to my playlist because I thought that I could watch it on my5. Not happening. Never had this problem on SkyQ

I still have the same issue. Only saving grace is the fact that there's never anything worth watching on My5 ☺️

Same issue for me. Once I sign in to my account then click on continue watching I get a buffering ring constantly and no progress. Same on main tv and puck.

MY5 isn't working
It let me select a program then just buffers.
I've turn everything off at the socket and back on and it still does them same, this has been happening for a few weeks

With the risk of being shouted at I noticed that the default position when you choose to play something on My5 basically says you do not agree to or your not the correct age for the content selected I never noticed on the first couple of occasions and got the spinning wheel. When I actually read the message I realised I had to select the next option agreeing and then press ok it always seems to work. Hope this helps someone
