We are fellow subscribers and don't have any information about you set up unless you tell us! Who is your ISP? What's the WiFi signal like where you glass is locsted? Has it worked without issue before? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
As a starting point I would run through the troubleshooting here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-wifi-connection-osm

Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have reconnected to the internet again.

I can tell you now that if you are unfortunate enough to have this problem in my experience there is no cure. It's a software/hardware glitch that Sky won't or don't want to acknowledge. . I've had this problem since last November and Sky have even replaced my TV all to no avail.
I've even connected the TV to ethernet via powerplugs and switched off the WiFi option in settings and still at intermittent times get the No WiFi Connection error. I can immediately go upstairs and swith on my TV connected via Sky Stream and there are no problems, so it's not a router problem as everything else such as my desktop and laptops and phones continue to function as normal.
