My mum just got her sky glass today and there is a white haze/ foggy screen

My mum just got her sky glass today (29/06/24)

and she is struggling to watch it has it has a white haze/ foggy picture and she paided outright for the tv please can someone help me fix this for her has we have put all boxes out side in the rain not sure how she would return.

Don't worry, you don't need the box. Sky send couriers who will collect faulty Glass TVs - they're very used to it, collecting as many faulty ones as they deliver new ones apparently! 
Give Sky a ring in the morning for assistance in organising a replacement.

The courier should have offered to remove the boxes, so it is expected you wouldn't have boxes.... unless so many  Glass TVs are being returned they no longer offer the service and expect customers to retain the boxes?

An alternative to replacement is rejection ... and buy a good quality TV and get Sky Pucks instead of a Sky Glass TV🤔
