My TV is not working

My name is Abner, and I’m very disappointed with the Sky costumer service. I try to fix the problems that I still have but no one could help me. 
I would like to report that my TV is not working, and my phone has not arrived yet for a reason I am not aware of.
If no one help me I’ll have to cancel my subscriptions and proceed with some actions UNFORTUNATELY.

@AbnerNonato  You're not reporting anything to Sky by posting here, this is acustomer led community.

 

If you are asking for help you need to advise what you mean by your TV is not working as we don't know what the actual issue is based on vague details.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself , so you are best calling sky, but in what way  is your tv not working? Is it a sky glass tv/ or a puck or sky q equipment, the more information you can post the better and someone may be able to help you, just putting  my tv is not  working  is not telling us the problem. Please  add  more information  thankyou i  am just a fellow sky customer
