My Sky Glass TV won't connect to the internet.
Other devices including a different sky glass and puck are working fine

Yes, done all that several times. Talked to Sky several times. Switched the tv and router off and on several times.
None of it works. The TV still shows an error msg saying it cannot connect to the internet

Have you tried connected the Glass TV to your router using an Ethernet cable?

Sadly I will require a 10 meter cable as router is in the garage. That hasn't affected the tv reception in the past though, and I've never had to use an Ethernet cable to make the connection

Not the best place for a router ! Does the tv see your wifi network ? If not then try moving the tv closer to the router that will show you if the signal is too weak to get to the tv

You should only need to use the Ethernet Cable to reboot, download the update and do the setup, then hopefully you will ba able to connect it via WiFi after that
I have had the same issue with both of my Sky Glass TV's and that (Ethernet Connection) fixed the problem first time in both, one hadn't been working for nearly a year
