My 5 app on My Sky Glass tv keeps freezing and i have to fast forward and press play to restart film

• Watching My 5 on sky glass we have sky fastest Internet but oveover last 36 hours when watching swedes the series freeze and I have to fast forward frame by frame to restart film but adverts play perfectly
• Whats the problem? I have restarted tv got any updates available but still same issue
• Can anyone help please
