Moving my favourites in sky glass Gen 2 remote won’t work

Tried to move my favourites into order but remote won't do it, also how do I add a channel not listed in the manage section eg QVC

Go to Settings.

Select Viewing Preferences then Manage favourites.

Press the Manage button

To add channels: From the channel list choose the channel to be added by pressing Select. Each channel you add will be given a number from 1 to 49.

To remove or manage channels (moving a channel up or down your favourite list) press Select on the channel.
