Connect it to your router with an ethernet cable and restart it. This should allow the update to finalise.

Hi @Mason20  Try the procedure in the following link but if you are still having issues after that then call Sky for some additional troubleshooting.    https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-updating-software

 

As suggested by @BenJoBanjo connecting your Glass TV via an Ethernet cable may also help (I think it is included in the link)
