Lost channels

My Internet went live today , I set up my sky stream all worked OK, but now I've lost all the channels and I've reset it ,started from the beginning but it can't find my account????

@Jayne5  If it has already been setup doing a full reset has likely delinked the account, you'll need to call Sky to get you set back up.

 

You should never need to do a full reset once you are setup unless asked to by Sky.

 

If you lost the channel a short unplugging and plugging back in norm ally resolves the issue.  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
