My Internet went live today , I set up my sky stream all worked OK, but now I've lost all the channels and I've reset it ,started from the beginning but it can't find my account????

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jayne5 If it has already been setup doing a full reset has likely delinked the account, you'll need to call Sky to get you set back up.
You should never need to do a full reset once you are setup unless asked to by Sky.
If you lost the channel a short unplugging and plugging back in norm ally resolves the issue.
