Live TV

When I am watching live sports, my tv is 20 seconds behind the live action being played. Is there any reason for this or is there something I can do to fix this ?

No, that is how streaming works there is a bigger delay than satellite or terrestrial.

The only options is to look out for the Live Sync option on Sky Sport Main Event. which reduces the delay, but there will still be a delay.
