Itvx

Hi I am having trouble with back button on skyglass itvx it won't work but does on all the other apps and playlists but on skyglass it has stopped working and the only way to stop watching itvx is to press the home button and pick another channel no idea why because it is only on itvx  any ideas why and how to resolve it would be appreciated

Hi @Trevor+Wealthall 

 

Try going to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device and see if a reboot clears it. If not try doing an app refresh in the same menu. Although note this isn't instant and can take up to 24 hours.

 

The other thing to try is open ITVx and go settings > about > reset

 

Back button working for me when tested.

We're noticing the same thing.

 

This started happening only recently. It desn't happen all the time but is annoying when it does.
