Itvx

I have a Sky glass Tv but weirdly it will no longer play coronation street or emmerdale on the ITVX app. Will play other programs but cannot catch on past episodes for these soaps. Any ideas why?

What's happens when you try to play an old episode?

 

how are you trying to access the previous episodes? Directly through the app, via your Sky Glass playlist or via the continue watching rail?

Hi, it's through the itvX app and it just says "something went wrong". It's been doing this for about a week now.

If you haven't already try these 2 things:

 

1. Turn the Glass TV off at the plug for 30 seconds, before turning it back on.

 

2. If that doesn't help you can try an App refresh, Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution. It may take up top 24 hours for the app refresh to complete in the background, so once you kick it off i'd leave it 24 hours before trying to access ITV X again and seeing if it has helped.
