When I switch on the TV I just get service unavailable, the WiFi is connected. This has been like it for 40 mins now, I have switched it off at the wall and back on again still same problem

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSounds like it could be a poor internet connection.. open Netflix app on the Sky glass go to get help and go to check your network. That will show internet status from the TV and most importantly show the download speed.
