Re: Is it more expensive to change to sky glass from sky q
Unless you use your own cash up front for the television set itself you'd be paying off the purchase loan in installments for the first two or four years in addition to the content subscription, so that increases the monthly cost. It's perhaps worth considering whether a Stream puck with an existing TV is viable.

Re: Is it more expensive to change to sky glass from sky q
You would be better off comparing the monthly cost of Sky Q to Sky Stream (rather than Sky Glass), as Sky Stream is the most similar to Q in terms of its a box Sky loan to you and you pay a monthly fee for the Sky TV subscription packages only.
Also worth doing your homework on Sky Q vs the Sky Streaming platform as it is a completely different experience, that some customers dont get on with. If you are used to/familar with streaming a lot of content from the likes of Netflix, Disney +, etc then you will likely not find the switch to the streaming platform as problematic as some customers have.
