Internet

I'm new to all of this.. but basically I've not long been in my house and there isn't an access point for internet downstairs but there's an open reach access point upstairs in my bedroom. How would this work when the engineer comes to set up the broadband? Will I have to have the tub and sky puck upstairs? I'm in a mid terrace house so didn't know if it would be impossible or not.

thank you.

The puck & TV can be anywhere as long as it can receive a fast and stable enough broadband signal from your router, be that via WiFi or ethernet, either directly or via powerline adapters.
