Internet gone down again

my glass tv has yet again gone down again aftee it being fine for a week this is not just me it is also other users who live in our close who have sky glass sky Q users seem to be fine

Given that Glass and Stream use broadband to deliver content if your connection goes down you will be without service. You cannot compare this to Q as that is a satellite product and uses a totally different method of delivery.

 

Presumably if it's an issue in your cul de sac it's affecting multiple people with multiple Internet service providers, the issue with with Open reach, either it's network or the exchange. You should contact your ISP.

 

If Sky is your ISP and you have a landline or mobile you can call them by dialling 150.
