To whom I may concern our Internet keeps going down and we have no Internet. I work from home so I need to Internet. Sky glass keeps saying error which channels and going to a black screen. Over all not happy with the service and I wish to cancel the sky glass policy due to the issues keeps happening. Can you also explain why Internet keeps going down .

Do you have Sky broadband?
If so what is your Sky package and what have you done so far to look at fixing your broadband problems?

Turned it off left for 30seconds but it isn't working keeps dropping out my car needs to charge and relies on Internet connection

You maybe better off posting in the broadband forum. I don't think there's anything wrong with your glass tv
you may get help off the guys who post regularly in there
personally I would either call sky and tell them your broadband is down or run the line checker in the MySky app
