Like the person in the previous comment my Sky Glass TV often does not come on, I have to turn it off and then turn it on again but today after that I am getting "please wait while your programme is loading" and this is for everything, not just one channel. I can leave it loading and it just stays at that, haven't been able to watch anything today. I have checked for problems in my area and Sky says there are not any. The TV is about four months old. Is it something I am not doing or doing incorrectly? Computer and all internet connected items working as normal.

If this is the case does it come on when you use the standby button on the side of the TV. Just wondering if the issue for that problem is the remote.
for your other issue that may be the internet connection that the sky glass is getting. Have you connected it to the internet via WiFi? Also if you press the home button a few times does it stop the issue?
you could run a speed test from the glass by opening Netflix going to get help then selecting check your network. This will tell you the download speed the glass is getting. It's worth running this a few times over different periods.
