Not uncommon. Unplug the puck for a minute then power back on and try again.
Remember that each puck will require a broadband connection, either via WiFi or ethernet - they do not 'talk' to each other or receive a signal from each other, they are independent devices, each needing a fast and stable connection in order to function.
