I have sky glass and it is constantly buffering

For the past 5 days my sky glass tv is buffering consistently when we are watching channels programmes are taking long lengths of time to download

@Tina881  How is the Glass TV connected to your router?   How fast is the speed reaching the TV?  

 

Open the Netflix app on the Glass TV, go to Get Help, run the connection test and  post the speed result.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky recommends 25Mbs minimum for Glass in HD, and 30Mbs for UHD.

How fast is your internet connection listed as ? 

if it's lower than 30mb you are going to struggle and you will need to contact your ISP and find costs on a different connection speed  ..... if it's higher you may need to connect using ethernet cable or powerline adapters
