I have an orange pencil line on the screen. It is always there

Hi, I turned my sky glass tv on last night. Then realise on the left side of the screen there was a orange pencil line. I've tried turning the tv off and on again. It's very noticeable and I'm afraid that the line will get worse

How old is the Glass TV?

Hi @Antonio1970

I had something similar with a Glass TV about 18 months ago but mine was a 2 inch wide grey line.  A normal reboot didn't help so I left the TV  unplugged overnight and the line disappeared and luckily it never came back.

 

Give it a try tonight but if it doesn't resolve the issue or if it keeps coming back you should call Sky for additional troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement TV (assuming it is still within its 24 month warranty).
