This week I have been trty to open my Discovery+ app on Sky Glass and getting an "Looks like something went wrong. Let's try again" and a reload app button. I press the reload app button but it just gives me same error. I spoke to Discovery+ who are unable to help me and sent me to Sky. Sky bot does not have a clue what I am talking about, so this is my last resort. Someone please help me, I watch a lot on Discovery+!!

Both Discovery and Sky have helped others in your situation... persist and contact them again😉
