After connecting Stream box with power, HDMI and WiFi - I'm unable to link my account also passcode code isn't displayed for me to continue with activation. Please help!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Okra007 I would suggest you unplug your puck for a couple of minutes and then plug it back in again and start the setup procedure again.
Also, make sure you are signed into your My Sky account or you won't be able to activate it (assuming you get the activation code this time).
If that doesn't work post back here and I can escalate your issue to the Community Messaging Team for an online chat.

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem. Puck arrived yesterday, HDMI to TV, connected to 500Mb line. Logged into sky.com, App is showing device, but unable to connect.
Not even able to get to the point where I get an activation code.....

You could try a factory reset and do the setup again as well. The reset is only generally advisable if you have issues with the initial setup, and once setup you shouldnt really do the reset unless instructed by a sky employee.
1. Turn the puck off at the plug.
2. Turn over the puck and hold down the power/standby button.
3. keep hold of the power button and turn the plug back on.
4. Keeping holding the the power button down until it turns amber and then it should turn green. Then you can let go.
5. The puck is reset, you'll have to connect to Wi-Fi or whatever you use, set up the remotes and then you'll get an activation code.
6. log into the sky activate site and enter the code and that's it.
