I cannot sign my credit agreement, it keeps saying something went wrong, I have called Sky and reset
I cannot sign my credit agreement, it keeps saying something went wrong, I have called Sky and reset my history and used other devices etc. still no luck, can you help please

We are fellow customers. You will need to call sky again.
However try the link and advice in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sign-credit-agreement-sky-glass
Ensure that you are using the same sky id / email address as the one you used to sign up for sky.
