I can't use sky glass because i don't have full fibre now my sky q has been turned off
I can't use sky glass because my broadband isn't connected. Now my sky q has been disconnected

Sky Glass is automatically activated two weeks after delivery, and your Sky Q subscription is turned off at about the same time, I'm afraid.

Note that Glass doesn't require FTTP: even 'average' FTTC should be sufficient for a single television running UHD.
Unfortunately, as @Mark39 indicates, Sky isn't clear enough that while a Glass television or Stream puck can be delivered from stock 'next day', broadband ordered alongside it has a considerable lead time.
