Please can you provide more information. What is the exact issue you are having? Is there an error message? What are you seeing? What steps have you tried so far??
Please provide as much info as possible and the community will do it's best to assist. As a starting point have you switched off at the mains for 10 minutes and/or try refreshing apps in the settings > resets and updates menu.
