How a remote control work for sky glass?

I got a remote control with my subscription with Sky Glass but don't know how it works for example to set my WiFi

Note that Glass is the television set itself, and not a Sky Broadband service you may have ordered at the same time.  The Glass remote has nothing to do with your WiFi.
