I have made a payment of £324 for a replacement Sky Glass that I accidentally damaged. How do I get a receipt so I can make a House Insurance claim for this charge? I ordered my replacement Sky Glass and paid the charge by telephone.

You will need to call sky and see if they are able to provide you with one. We are fellow subscribers here. The only other suggestion would be to check your orders and/or documents and see if anything there references your payment.
Not sure if the payment will appear in the bills section of my sky, but if it does your insurer may accept a screenshot of this.
