Hi my sky glass controller seems to be broken

My controller doesn't work properly it just turns on and off and brings a grey options bar up on the bottom of the TV but doesn't do nothing else

@Pabz85 The grey options bar is what should appear when you press the button with 3 white dots on the remote.  It is possible your remote is not pared properly with Glass or puck so I would try the following:

Firstly I would reboot the system by switching off at the plug socket for a minute before switching it on again. I will take about a minute to reboot.

Then try to pair the remote again as follows:

1. Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
2. Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode) and follow any on-screen instructions.

If none of the above works then phone Sky to discuss and request a replacement remote.

If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote.
