I have guided on my glass but no programs

Is it just the live TV channels that don't work? Does any of the on-demand streaming work?

You could try rebooting the device

1) Put it into standby

2) Turn it off at the plug

3) Wait at least 30 seconds

4) Turn it on at the plug.

If that doesn't solve it and no programmes work live or on-demand is could very well be an internet connection related issue.
