Hi. Did sky offer and deals , reduced bills of compensation for the sky glass been switched off for 2 days. My parents are elderly and there was no way they could have sorted it out. Not to mention they've got every screaming service going which I had to install one by one with each having a different (Removed) password. Took ages. Just wondering if they have. Thanks

I'm not aware of Sky making any announcement regarding compensation although a couple of individuals on that thread have mentioned receiving a £5 credit on their account.

Sky caused the issue so should've made automatic compensation payments to limited number of customers effected🤔

I phoned sky yesterday about my bill for this month which is due next week, told the lady on the phone that the issue from last month meant I could not use my sky glass tv for 4 days, got £20 off this month's bill
