The speaker is built in to the TV. It's the long black, cloth covered bit along the bottom. 

Did you mean a speaker cover? If so you'll need to ring Sky and ask about its whereabouts.

I believe magnetic speaker cover orders are fulfilled from an independent company and not necessarily shipped with the set.  As @Padam_Padam indicates, all Glass televisions already have black acoustic fabric over the speaker bar anyway as part of their manufacture.
