Hi I have ordered a new remote over a week ago for upstairs but that hasn't arrived and now the other remote has stopped working please help

@Katie312 All I can suggest is to either order another one via this link: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote or phone Sky and ask them to send you another replacement.

you can try the twisting trick on your broken remote as well and see if that works. hold the remote at either end and gently give it a twist like you are wringing out a towel.

 

another option is to remove the batteries overnight and then put them back in and see if that helps a little.

@Katie312 Admittedly it was over a year ago and before the online request form but I had to phone 4 times before I received my replacement remote.
