Hi I can't get my apps to play on my sky glass ,

I can't get my apps to play on my sky glass when I click on the program I want to watch it then takes me back to the start of my app I've tried several apps it doing the same

Have you tried rebooting the TV? Turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to restart.
