currently got sky in my house but it under my wifes name. She is curnetly moving out and takeing teh sky, i am looking to get sky and braodband

We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. You can either call Sky or place an order online. However you may need to wait for her to move and the services be terminated at your property as the same surname can confuse sky's systems.
If you want sky TV you can take Sky stream without Sky broadband, so you could order with another provider and then take Stream once set up.
You can contact Sky by calling 150 or as per the info under need more help here: https://www.sky.com/help/home (forum won't allow us to post numbers). However not sure they will be able to assist until services are terminated as your not the account holder.

I'm assuming you wouldn't be able to reorder sky at the address until the existing account holder changes the address that the subscription is linked to. Once she has done this you should then be able to order a brand new subscription under your name and the current address
