Help picture glitching on sky glass gen 2

Hi our skyglass gen 2 screen is glitches. This started tonight and is affecting everything even the home screen. I have unplugged it and left for 10 minutes and restarted but still the same. Sky puck is working fine on the other TV. Any advice?

Looks bad. Ring Sky for further troubleshooting & hopefully they'll replace it if you're still in warranty.
