Sky Glass relies entirely on your broadband being both fast and stable. What speed is your TV receiving? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
Ideally you want it to be 25Mbps or a lot higher.
If you are receiving sufficient speed then try rebooting your TV. Turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on.
