The apps on my sky glass tv we have turned off the TV reset it reset the internet, followes the instructions many times there are still not working

In what way are they not working? Not opening? Any error message? Is the Glass TV fully connected to your broadband network? Can you stream live channels from the EPG without any issues?

Have you done  a factory reset? This is not recommended  unless  you are on the phone  with  sky and an advisor  has talked  you through  it, as it will wipe all your account  details  from  the tv, if you  have done  a  factory reset then you  will need to call  sky  for help to get you back up and running
