Glass sold to people with copper broadband and failed complaint

On August 13th I was sold a 65 inch glass TV to be connected to fibre installed on August 18th. This replaced copper broadband and sky satelite services. Open Reach sent the wrong engineer who could not dig a hole. He said the hole digging engineer would arrive the following week. Meanwhile I found my weak copper broadband barely ran the glass TV and certainly not if I had other devices connected to wifi. I could not connect the glass unit to the satelite but even if I did it would only give me terrestial TV. Excuses from Open Reach included they had to connect fibre to the exchange, they did not realise I had to give permission, they did not realise the council had to give permission and today September 22nd they have just not turned up. Sky opened 3 complaints from me and then closed them. I have suggested I dig the hole and get a  TV crew to watch but the council vetoed that. All I want is fibre installed, a TV I can watch and compensation for 32 days so far of od dodgy sky viewing pleasure. Anyone got any idea how to get Sky and its sub contractor to behave decently as if customers matter.

@Antony73  You can stiklk use Sky Glass on a copper borabdand connection as long as you meet the minimum speeds:

You may need faster speeds to get the best experience. Especially when watching in UHD or streaming on more devices at the same time with the Whole Home pack. For more info, see Broadband speeds explained. We also recommend a fibre broadband connection.

If you’re with another provider, you'll need to check your broadband speeds with them.

Recommended minimum broadband speed of 25Mbps. Or 30Mbps if you add an extra Sky Stream puck or to watch in UHD.

If you have these speeds there is no reason why Sky would compensate you for you not setting up Sky Glass and using it.

To raise a formal complaint you need to use the correct process as detailed here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
