Glass has power issue

Hello, my sky glass has stopped powering on! Tried to reset and power cycle. The red light just flashes and no picture. Been like this for a few days. Don't really want to pay for a TV thats broken after 12 months.

Hi @LockeM 

 

In addition to the advice already provided they come with a 2 year warranty so if the recovery process doesn't work contact sky and they will arrange a replacement under warranty.
