Glass air audio out of sync with xbox

My sky glass air got delivered today and the audio with my firestick was out of sync witch i have managed to fix but it is still out of sync with my xbox series x and i have tryed changing audio on tv to pass through and pcm and still no better

Hi  

are you using an external sound system ? If so do you get the sync issues without the system I.e from the glass air speakers ?

If you are using an external sound system how are you connecting it to the tv ? Is is through the dedicated hdmi earc socket? How is the Xbox and firestick connected?

I have sorted it now i was connected to my sound bar though Bluetooth i have now brought a optical audio cable and connected my sound bar to tv with that 👍👍👍
