I'm having the same issue...none of the fixes or workarounds are helping 😕

Hi @Rohad I Note you are connected via Ethernet. There is currently a known issue when connected by Ethernet which Sky are working to resolve.  Have a look at THIS thread (post 12) and you will see it contains a workaround which saves you having to reboot when the error message occurs.

 

You could also try using WiFi instead of Ethernet to see if there is any improvement.  If you decide to try this make sure you turn WiFi back on in the Network Settings (as you are using Ethernet it should currently be turned off).
