Glass 2 wall mount

Bought wall mount with glass gen 2 , it doesn't tilt forward like it's advertised to do so.

Hi @Dodger5

We are fellow subscribers here on the community. However where does it advise that it tilts? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-wall-mounting-guide doesn't mention it.

However you can return it with in 31 days. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-sky-glass-wall-mount - you will need to call sky to arrange this.

Glass is also VESA mount compatible so you can use any wall mount as long as it is rated for the weight of Glass.

The press release says it does.

Alternatively, people can choose to add the new bespoke wall mount, that tilts, swivels and sits completely flush against the wall
