I can only get episode 1 of season 1 of gilded aage on sky Atlantic then skips straight to season2.

All episodes of both series 1 and 2 are showing correctly on my playlist so the issue would appear to be at your end. However, it is possible that some people are effected whilst others are not.
I would try a reboot in Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates and then Restart device. It takes about 3 minutes to complete and will give you a blank screen for the first couple of minutes and then the Sky logo appears.
If that doesn't help report the issue to Viewer Relations at ViewerR@sky.uk
