Forgot pin

forgot pin and sky doesn't recognise my last four digits of bank account. Trying to set up a new puck

Now endlessly waiting for sky to answer - any help appreciated

Default PIN is four last digits of the phone number recorded against the order.

And then you wait for 20 minutes and simply get cut off. Feels just like BT in the old days and probably doing an injustice to BT !

Thanks but I wish it wa so simple - doesn't work, nor do sky recognise my bank details to allow me to reset and then they drop the call after 20 mins. 

I simply have no patience for this anymore and eating into my day!!!
